It's nearly time. After months of preparation and training, 15 of our shooters will be heading off to the island of friendly sua's. It's the island of beautiful white beaches and scarcely clothed men and women. It's "die mooie eiland van Korsou met palmbomen in die oceaan naast de zee". It's the island of Curacao where our shooters will undoubtedly show their skill and brush up on their Papiamentu with the local "dushies".
For some of us, it will be our first international competition and everyone's eager to show their talents. The rigorous training has left it's mark on numerous front sights and wear on our equipment, even mag release buttons are not safe anymore. If all goes well, our shooters will depart on wednesday evening, first-class priority Surpost all the way. Looking forward to seeing our dear friends from Aruba, Curacao, Barbados, Venezuela and Colombia. Personally for me, as the time draws near, I'm regretting every minute of not going. But me and Rochelle are working on a little something in the grand scheme of life, so I'll just have to de-itch my triggerfinger.
Anyway, here are our brave guys and gal, in no particular order
